This tool runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored, and you can even turn off your internet connection before you start.

How it works

  1. Select several images at once, or drag a whole selection onto the box. JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF and BMP can be mixed in the same batch.
  2. Type one width and leave the height at 0 so every picture keeps its own proportions, or pick a preset to give them all identical dimensions.
  3. Choose the fit mode. Fit inside never crops, which is the safe choice for a mixed batch of portrait and landscape shots. Fill and crop gives every file the exact same size and trims the rest; with both a width and a height set, each image gets its own frame so you decide what is kept.
  4. Press Resize all images, then download them one by one or together as a ZIP. The files keep their names.

Frequently asked questions

How many images can I do at once?
The free plan takes 3 files per run, up to 20 MB each, and allows 10 runs a day. That is 30 pictures a day in batches of three. Pro removes the file count, the size limit and the daily cap, which is what a folder of a hundred photos needs.
Do all the images have to be the same shape?
No. Mixed portrait and landscape shots are fine. With Fit inside, each one is scaled to fit the box and keeps its own proportions, so the results will not all have identical dimensions. Use Fill and crop or Stretch when every file must come out exactly the same size.
Are the original files changed?
No. New files are downloaded and the originals stay where they are. Nothing is written back to the folder you dragged them from.
Can I rename them at the same time?
Not here; the results keep their original names. Run the downloaded files through Batch rename files if you need a numbered series.
Does a big batch slow my computer down?
Images are resized one after another in a background thread inside your browser, so the page stays usable. Very large photos take a moment each; the progress bar shows how far along the run is.
Are the photos uploaded?
No. Every image is decoded and resized on your own device, so a batch of family photos or client work never goes to a server, and the tool keeps working offline.
