Make a file fit a size limit
For the form that refuses a file over 20 KB, or under 10 KB, or not exactly 200 × 230 pixels: every page that brings a photo, a signature or a PDF to the size asked for. Files are processed in your browser and never uploaded.

Frequently asked questions
- How is a KB counted?
- A page named for a size in KB keeps the result under that many thousand bytes — under 20,000 bytes for 20 KB — so it passes whether the form counts a kilobyte as 1,000 or 1,024 bytes.
- What if the form also has a minimum size?
- Use Increase image size in KB: it makes the file bigger without changing its pixels, for a form that refuses anything under 20, 50 or 100 KB.
- What if my file cannot fit?
- The page tells you rather than quietly handing over a file the form will refuse. Crop the picture more tightly, remove PDF pages you do not need, or scan in greyscale, and try again.
- Are my files uploaded?
- No. Photos, signatures and PDFs are re-encoded in your browser, so certificates and ID scans never leave your device. The free plan handles 3 files per run, 20 MB each and 5 runs a day.
