Frequently asked questions

Which documents use 50 × 60 mm?
The Turkish passport, the ID card and the driving licence all take the same biometric 50 × 60 mm photo. Visa applications for other countries use their own sizes.
What else is checked at the counter?
A white background, a neutral expression, no glasses or headwear (religious headwear aside), even light with no shadows, and a recent photo. The tool gets the size and the head right; the rest depends on the photo you take.
Can I print several on one sheet?
Yes — take the photo to the ID photo print sheet and choose 50 × 60 mm.
Is my photo uploaded?
