How it works
- Press the stamp firmly on plain white paper and photograph it from straight above in good light, or scan it.
- Drop the photo onto the box. Red ink and cropping to the content are already selected.
- Press Make stamp transparent. If paper shadows or smudges remain, raise the clean-up strength and run it again.
- Download the PNG and insert it into your document, spreadsheet or PDF.

- How do I add it to a Word or Excel document?
- Use Insert, then Picture, and choose the downloaded PNG. The background is transparent, so only the imprint shows over text and table lines.
- Is it safe to make an image of my seal?
- An image of a seal is easy to copy, so do not make images of seals registered for banking or legal use. Keep it for everyday approvals such as internal circulation, quotes and invoices. The photo never leaves your device while you make it.
- Can I keep the original ink colour?
- Yes. Set Colour of what is kept to Keep original colours to preserve the uneven, pressed look of the ink. Red gives an even, clearly visible colour on documents.
- What are the free limits?
- The free plan handles 3 images per run, 20 MB each and 10 runs per day. Pro removes these limits.
