How it works
- Enter the Pix key: CPF, CNPJ, a mobile number with its area code, an e-mail or a random key.
- Enter the name and city the payer should see; accents are removed, as the Central Bank’s format asks.
- Add an amount to charge a fixed sum, or leave it empty so the payer types it.
- Download the PNG to print or send, or copy the copy-and-paste code beside it.
Frequently asked questions
- Does it work with every bank?
- Yes. It is the Banco Central do Brasil’s static BR Code, the same format bank apps make, and every app with Pix reads it. Test it with a small amount before printing.
- Can the same code be paid many times?
- Yes. A static code does not expire; with an amount in it, every payment through it is for that amount.
- Why is my key refused?
- CPF and CNPJ numbers carry check digits; with a wrong digit no code is drawn, so there is never a code that pays nobody. A mobile number needs its area code.
- Does the money go through Nouplo?
- No. The code only names the key; the payment goes straight from the payer’s bank to the account. The code is made in your browser and nothing you type is sent.
